Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

Payment of either the full fee or deposit plus first instalment is required at the point of enrolment to secure a place. Places on a course cannot be held without payment.

Early Bird discount fees are only available for payment in full at time of enrolment.

Monthly instalments must be paid by Automatic Payment and received by 10th of each month. Your AP must be set up and evidence provided of this before attending your first training.

The flexible monthly payment plans are not a “pay as you go” option. Payments are for 8 consecutive months regardless of attendance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you are unable to attend a course, training day or weekend as planned, you can transfer onto any future NZPSH dates within the next 4 years. Any request to cancel and transfer a course must be made in writing.

If you are in any doubt about your suitability for or commitment to the full Diploma course, it is recommended that you begin with the 3 Day Introduction to Hypnosis course to make sure the course is right for you.

Missed days or weekends can be made up on future courses and at any training location.

Trainers & Venues

Trainers and venues are subject to change. NZSPH shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it deems fit and shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.

Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than 5 working days notice of any such change.

Guarantee & Repeating weekends

NZSPH Diploma Students are able to repeat training days and weekends an unlimited number of times for no additional charge, on the following conditions:

  • 5 working days’ notice of intention to attend is provided
  • Your attendance is approved by the relevant trainer
  • You observe an appropriate standard of behaviour to ensure a respectful and inclusive learning environment
  • Repeat attendance is subject to a place being available
  • We will confirm if there is a space available for you. It is strongly recommended that you do not book flights, accommodation or incur any other expenses before receiving such confirmation, as these costs will not be reimbursed in the event that a place is not available.
