Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

Payment of either the full fee or deposit is required at the point of enrolment to secure a place. Places on a course cannot be held without payment.

Early Bird discount fees are only available for payment in full at time of enrolment.

Monthly instalments must be paid by Automatic Payment and received by 7th of each month (or other mutually agreed date). Your AP must be set up and evidence provided of this before your enrolment is considered complete.

The flexible monthly payment plans are not a “pay as you go” option. Payments are for the agreed number of consecutive months regardless of attendance during that period.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you are unable to attend a course, workshop, training day or weekend as planned, you can transfer onto any future NZPSH dates within the next 4 years. Any request to cancel and transfer a course must be made in writing and 5 working days notice given.

If you are in any doubt about your suitability for or commitment to the full Diploma course, it is recommended that you begin with the Certificate in Hypnotherapy course or other available shorter option to make sure the course is suitable for you.

Missed days or weekends can be made up on future courses and at any training location.

Trainers & Venues

Trainers and venues are subject to change. NZSPH shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it deems fit and shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.

Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than 5 working days notice of any such change.
